ECCA, Inc. works with Proforma Bollheimer & Associates for your check printing needs. They have done checks for many of our clients. However, if you choose to use your own printer, please supply the attached template and be sure they DO NOT print outside the grayed areas.

Because the reports and checks go directly to a printer, we recommend setting up a specific printer for printing of checks.

The name of the printer should not exceed 25 characters and should not contain spaces or other non-alphanumeric characters. This includes any addition name strings attached if using the printer from a remotemachine.

If the printer is to be accessed through remote connections, both the server and the workstation must have the printer driver installed. It should be the native driver and not the universal version. We recommend using PCL5 and not PLC6. Printer names on the remote machine must be identical to the local machine.
