REQUIRED FIELDS FOR PROJECTS:

Name

Description

 

Process:

The main page displays all active projects. There is an option to view inactive projects as well as for an advanced search, export data and to add a new project.

 

EDIT/VIEW EXISTING PROJECT

Locate the project and click Edit and a new page opens the project details. If any changes are made click  Save. 


ADD NEW PROJECT

Click  +Add Record.  Enter the name of the project, a description and any additional comments needed. Click  Save  and a message displays The record was saved successfully and the Active project page is displayed.


DEACTIVATE

Locate the project being deactivated and click Edit then click Deactivate and the system prompts Are you sure you wish to deactivate this project?  Click   Cancel   to return or   Deactivate   to continue and a message displays The record was deactivated successfully.  If a project is marked inactive it cannot be reactivated, a new project must be created.

Field Definitions:

Name  Enter the name of the project.

Description Enter a description of the project.

Comment Enter any additional comments about the project.
