Ref * If this box is greyed out it is system generated otherwise type a unique number for this Grantor. Be consistent in choosing your references. (this is determined by the food bank administrator)

Parent If the Grantor is a member of a larger organization then select the name of the larger organization here.

Status Select the most appropriate category for this Grantor. For example, this can be an Individual, Company, Agency, etc.

Class Of Trade Select the Grantor’s trade as a way to classify your Grantors.

Comment Enter any additional information about the Grantor.
