Warehouse General tab
Warehouse Ref * This is the reference used for the warehouse.
Name * Enter the name of the warehouse.
Is Inactive Check if the warehouse is inactive. This is only used if no product will be received at this warehouse and stored products will not be distributed.
Default Receiving Location Select what location is used for receiving products.
Default Transform Location Select what location transformed products will be located.
Release Document File This is the report that will print when an order is released.
Disable Transfer Check to disable any warehouse transfers for this warehouse.
Disable Allocation Transfer Check to disable allocated products in this warehouse to be transferred.
Auto Assign Pallet Id Check to have the system auto assign the pallet ID's this is so you do not have to create pallets for food rescues where the product never physically is received in the warehouse but you still have a receipt created and if you're on bar-coding you can't receive products into the warehouse without the pallet Id's being assigned.
Use Pick By Storage Check to use how the orders is picked as an example, pick the dry good first, then pick frozen (so that the frozen isn't selected first and sitting around waiting for the other items to get picked)
Use Outbound Pallet Tag Check to print a outbound (shipping) pallet tag vs the warehouse pallet tag that is used for the food bank warehouse. This is part of the outbound process of the bar code system. It also let the tractor trailer to be loaded more evenly so it's not side heavy.
