GL Cash Account Select the cash account. This is the bank account affected by the transactions of this warehouse. The cash account increases with debits and decreases with credits (ideally it will end with a debit balance meaning there's still money in the account, whereas a credit balance indicates the account is overdrawn).

GL AR Account Select the accounts receivable account. This increases with debits and decreases with credits, ideally this acct. has a debit balance indicating the amount still due from customer purchases.

GL Discount Account Select the account to be affected by any discounts taken. This can be a GL account such as Sales Discounts and it would normally carry a debit balance as a contra account - it will reduce the total revenue as it's a reduction in gross sales.
