Positive Pay Template

The positive pay template is used to send your bank a report of all the items generated.

There are two reports that you must copy into user reports and name them. Once you have them named you can add them to the AP Template and then generate the file for the bank.

Once you make a copy it goes into the User Reports. I gave mine a name using my bank.

Now that you've created the Header and the Detail you will need to create the Positive Pay Template: Once the template is created you can use it for creating Positive Pay Export Files. The only thing you have to do is change the dates when using the template.
