Retail Pickups

Options Tab

Enabled for Retail Pickup  Check if this donor can appear on routes where the food bank sends a truck to the donor for products whether you use barcoding or not.  If this is not checked then the donor will not be on the route. This is for Routes-Retail Pickup and Retail Mobile Pickup.

Retail PU/Delivery Bar Code users only.  This box causes a check mark on the prereceipts as Mass Retail Pickup which works in conjunction with the Mass Receipt Pallet Tags feature of Primarius.  This allows mass pallet tags to print out for the pickup instead of having to go to each prereceipt and printing pallet tags for the same products.  If you choose not to mark your product donor as Retail PU/Delivery you can still mark the prereceipt as Mass Retail Pickup from the Operations tab and then it will show up under the Mass Receipt Pallet Tags feature. This affects Prereceipts and Mass Receipt Pallet Tags.

Enabled for Agency Pickup  Check if this donor is part of the agency pickup program. In order for an agency to go directly to a vendor this box must be checked. This affects Agencies.

Enabled for Food Rescue Check this box if the donor participates in a food rescue.  If you do not check this box then the donor will not be able to be added to a pickup route for the food rescue. This is for Routes-Food Rescue.

Enabled for Food Drive  Check if the donor participates in Food Drives. If not checked then the donor cannot be added to a Route. This is for Routes-Food Drive.

Default Food Drive   Bar Code users only.  This box causes a check mark on the prereceipt as product being received from a Food Drive.  Check if this donor participates in mass receipts for products received from a food drive.  This check works in conjunction with Mass Prereceipts feature of Primarius.  If you do not check this box then when you create a prereceipt from this donor you will not see their products on the mass food drive receipts. This affects Prereceipts and Mass Receipt Pallet Tags.
