Operations Tab:

The following fields below are used for a Food Drive to record how many containers you will supply to the donor. Enter the quantity of each container you will supply in the following fields: 0 is the default.

Barrels

Cans

Boxes

Totes

Bags

Money Box

Donation Amount This field is used to record any amount of money collected. There is no affect on journal entries, this is informational only. If miscellaneous cash is received it must be accounted for using Miscellaneous Cash .

Food Drive Check this box if this Receipt is from a Food Drive.

Retail Pickup Check this box if the product is being picked up directly from a local retail contributor/vendor by the Food Bank.
