Open AR

Process:

This page is a view only page and displays all the open accounts receivable details. The View option allows you to see the order details and make changes to grants to include adding a grant to an order or to add a credit to an order. Only the order detail cannot be changed.

TO VIEW

Locate the agency, click Details and a new page opens all orders with an outstanding balance. Click View Order for details about a specific order.
