Main Contact  Add (+) Contacts or select the person to contact from the drop-down menu.

Mailing Contact Add (+) Contacts or select the contact mailing address from the drop-down menu.

Default Ship to Contact Add (+) Contacts or select the person that this will be shipped from the drop-down menu.

Receipt to Contact Add (+) Contacts or select the person that the receipt will be sent to from the drop-down menu.

Main Address Add (+) Address or select the donor's main address from the drop-down menu.

Mailing Address Add (+) Address the donor's mailing address from the drop-down menu.

Default Ship to Address Add (+) Address the address to ship to from the drop-down menu.

Receipt to  Address Add (+) Address the address where the receipt will be sent from the drop-down menu.

Salutation This FIELD IS NOT USED. 

Alt Salutation THIS FIELD IS NOT USED.

County Select the county for the product donor.

Carrier Route Enter the carrier route number for any bulk mailings.
