Process Description:

There are two possible modes displaying on this page.  1) Data Entry Mode and 2) Orphan Mode.  When you are entering your INITIAL inventory (you are NOT converting from Classic Primarius) ECCA must turn on the Data Entry Mode for you.  This is used to add to the inventory, if you are using bar coding then it will assign pallet ID's as well.  Once the initial inventory is finalized you will no longer see the Data Entry Mode. The initial receipts will use 'data entry' to distinguish it from all other receipts.  The system will only display the orphan mode.  Orphan mode is used when you find products in your warehouse that have not been accounted for after a start up inventory and you need to assign it to a pallet. (barcode users only)  Non barcode users just do an inventory adjustment for found inventory and reason code could be wrong initial amount or whatever you choose for the adjustment reason.
