Group Email

This page allows multiple emails to be generated for specific groups. For instance, the food bank can send an email to all agency order contacts or to all donor main contacts or to all billing contacts, etc. The software will look at every contact to determine if there is a contact created for that group and then it will include them in that email. Emails are sent to a queue and depending on the intervals set up by the food bank administrator they may sit in an outgoing box so any of those individual emails may be deleted from the email queue page.

Type in the group to include, a CC can be added, then create a subject line. You can either browse your hard drive and upload a file to send or type your email. Click   Save.
