FA Meal Connect

Process:

1. Food bank must request an access key from FA
    
2. Once FA has provided the access key, navigate to "Setup" -> "Application Interfaces"
   
    
3. Click "Edit" for the "MealConnect" integration
   
   
    
4. The access key needs to be added for the "AccessCode" entry on the configuration tab
   
   
    
5. Navigate to "Setup" -> "General Setup"
   
   
    
6. Click the "Automation" tab
    
7. Update the interval value of the Meal Connect jobs to be either 360 or 720. 
   
   
    
8. After updating the interval, it is recommended to run the "Sync MealConnect Values" job manually to make sure there are no errors and that a batch is created in the Meal Connect queue ("Internal Programs" -> "FA Meal Connect").
   
   Any batch created by the automated job will have a file prefixed with "API" and the date/time it was created. There is a possibility that there were no transactions to download but that is not often the case.
