FA Blue Receipt
Process Description:
This feature is used to send Feeding America the blue receipts.
Process:
The main page displays the active FA blue receipts created and the dates covered. There is an option to view inactive receipts, do an advanced search, export data and to add new blue receipts. The information from this page comes from the donors and receipts. The donor must have the FA Donor ID assigned on the Product Donor tab. The FA Donor number is assigned from Feeding America and the list is found under Product Resourcing- FA Donors. The default origination from the receipt needs to be FA Local to show up on the FA Blue Receipts. YOUR RECEIPTS MUST BE CONFIRMED OR THEY WILL NOT BE INCLUDED IN THE FA BLUE RECEIPTS!!
TO ADD
Click +Add New FA Blue Receipt select the END date and click Save. A message displays The record was saved successfully. If there are no blue receipts a message will display There are no FA Blue Receipts to send.
You have the option to view the blue receipt detail before you click Email to Feeding America and you can also cc yourself on the email if necessary. It is not necessary (or recommended) to deactivate a FA Blue Receipt report. Once you inactivate a Blue Receipt report you CANNOT reactivate it.
