Debit Memo Options tab

Printed Receipt This box will be checked by the system when you print the Debit Memo from the Data Entry screen or within a batch of other Receipts. If you do not want to print the Debit Memo, then uncheck the box manually to prevent it from printing when you print other Receipts in a batch.

FA Receipt Import If the product on the Debit Memo is from a Feeding America Donor, then the Debit Memo will be sent to Feeding America and the system will check this box automatically.
