Contacts

NOTE: Not all fields may appear on the Contact page.

Contact Type Select the type of contact being created such as billing, mailing, thank you, etc. There can be multiple contact types created for one person.

Prefix Enter the prefix for the product donor's contact if it applies (e.g. Dr., Sr., Fr.,Rev., etc.).

First Name Middle Name Last Name Type the first name, middle name and last name of the product donor's contact.  Suffix Enter any prefix for the product donor's contact if it applies (e.g.. II, Jr., MD, Esq, etc.).

Title Enter the Title of the product donor's contact if it applies (e.g. Director, Ex. Dir. CEO, etc.).

Relationship If this contact is an affiliate of the vendor, such as spouse, child, co-worker, sibling, etc., select the correct relationship from the drop-down. If the correct relationship does not show, then you must create it in System Elements Setup.

Email Address Enter the email address for this contact.  Alternate Email Address If the contact has another email address enter it here.

Telephone Enter the phone number for this contact.  Telephone Ext. Enter the extension for the phone number for this contact if it applies.

Fax Enter the Fax Phone number for this contact if it applies. Mobile Enter the cell phone number for this contact if available.

Alternate Phone If there is an additional phone number for this contact enter it here. Alternate Phone Ext. If there is an extension for the additional phone number for this contact enter it here.

Birth Date Enter the contact's date of birth or use the calendar if applicable.

Anniversary Date This can be used to record the contact's wedding anniversary or anniversary of an event or occurrence of choice.

Deceased Date This field can be used to indicate that the contact is deceased if applicable.

Driver's License No Enter the contact's driver's license number as a form of ID if applicable.

Is Shipping Check if this is the contact receiving shipments.

Is Mailing Check if this is the contact for sending mailings.

Is Receipt Email Check if this is the contact to receive emails.
