Client Services Templates
Process:
Templates are used for client orders. They consist of a predetermined product(s) and quantity of product(s) The agency can create as many templates as necessary, it's important to give an accurate name so that you don't create redundant templates with the same products. For example you may create a template called soup kitchen and all products on that template would pertain to any soup kitchen order.
Definitions:
Client Program These are determined by the system administrator. The programs are used to tailor your orders to a certain demographic/client, contact the system administrator to add/change a client program.
Client Orders This is used to create an order using a client program, selecting a client and choose an order template.
Order Template The template is used to make specific products and quantities available to the clients. Templates are predetermine and can be added by the user.
