Business Grantor

Ref * If this box is greyed out it is system generated, otherwise type in a unique identifier. Be consistent in choosing your references. (this is determined by the food bank adminstrator)

Name * Enter the name of the company, organization, individual, etc. that is donating funds. If more than one Grantor has the same name then make each name unique so that each Grantor can be selected by name as well as by reference.

Parent If the Grantor is a member of a larger organization then select the name of the larger organization here.

Status * Select the most appropriate Contributor Status code for this Grantor. For example, this can be Active, Individual, Company, Agency, etc. Contributor Status codes are set up by the food bank administrator in System Elements setup.

Class Of Trade Select the Grantor’s trade as a way to classify your Grantors. Contributor Class of Trade codes are set up by the food bank administrator in System Elements setup.
